What is it?

TRA is a drug marketed under Ultram as a moderate pain killer. TRA can only be obtained through prescription, and doctors will increase or decrease the dosage according to the patient.However, if taken for a prolonged period of time, TRA can become addictive.

TRA is a centrally-acting synthetic opioid, which works by blocking the way the body senses pain. 

When beginning to stop usage of TRA, doctors will slowly taper the pills for a decrease in dosage.TRA dependency and tolerance can be easily seen by a decrease in effect with the same dosage, or the need of the drug in order to function properly.

How is it used?

TRA is typically used in pill form when prescribed from doctors, however it can be used to achieve a high by the use of injection or by crushing and snorting. However, when TRA is used to achieve a high it is very dangerous and often leads to death.
