These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Healthcare-Manager for products, services or otherwise.

Healthcare-Manager reserves the right to change, modify and/or eliminate Healthcare-Manager Points and/or these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to Healthcare-Manager Points at any time and in its sole discretion.

Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to www.healthcare-manager.com, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your participation in Healthcare-Manager Points confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and any such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms of Use and applicable policies frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to Healthcare-Manager Points. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, you must stop participating in Healthcare-Manager Points. 

Healthcare-Manager Points is one way in which Healthcare-Manager endeavors to reward and thank loyal customers for patronizing our business, and purchasing our products. Members of Healthcare-Manager Points are able to earn and accumulate points that can be redeemed for coupons at www.healthcare-manager.com

Healthcare-Manager Points are non-transferrable and hold no monetary value. Points accumulated have no expiration date as long as Healthcare-Manager Points program is still operating. Coupon codes redeemed through points cannot be used with other coupons acquired. All coupons are non-refundable and one time use. Points can only be accumulated via online purchase at www.healthcare-manager.com. Points are only available to registered www.healthcare-manager.com customers. Points will not be refunded for cancelled orders. When calculating total points earned, tax and shipping are exempted. For every 1$ spent, 10 points will be rewarded. We reserve the right to make changes to the reward rate. There is no minimum purchase amount to receive points. Points available to customers in the Continental US.
