Oxycodone (OXY)

What is it?

Oxycodone is an opioid, or a pain-killer and is medically used to treat severe pain from complications from cancer and arthritis. However, using oxycodone for purposes other than treating severe pain can give the user a high, which is often cheaper to achieve than using other drugs such as heroin. Using oxycodone also increases the effects of other drugs/substances.[1] Oxycodone is listed as a schedule II narcotic analgesic, meaning it has a high risk of abuse, but under correct medical application, it is safe.[2]
