This unit is nicely priced. It's compact and very portable. But don't let the size fool you. This is a very powerful little unit and it can easily handle your muscle aches and pains. It has been helping with the pain from tendonitis, and it has been helping with the pain from trigger finger. You do need to be careful with the controls. They are very sensitive. While this powerful little device is a good thing for people that need a little more stimulation to alleviate pain, having the controls be so sensitive means that once you set it where you want it to be, you need to be sure to place the control pad in a place where you won't accidentally bump it while you are receiving treatment. Lots of different settings to choose from. I am very happy with the purchase and I think it's a good investment in pain management without drugs or in many cases with no expensive trip to the doctor for some standard issue advice on muscle strain. I highly recommend it to help with pain from overuse of muscles or just to relax tight muscles from stress.

I have a knot in my shoulder under my scapula the size of a golf ball. I've tried everything and this is one of the only things that has given me any relief at all from the pain. the pads are fairly sticky and can be used several times if you're careful about cleaning them. the only issue I had was when I'm using it, sometimes the controls come unlocked while in my back pocket, or the intensity changes because it's easily knocked or touched by accident. I wish there was some way to really lock the controls into place so I could wear it while cleaning house or teaching.
